Lewis vs Tyson is about the only one, sadly.

I felt absolutely nothing for Wlad vs Haye or Mayweather vs Pac. The first was an obvious mismatch, and the second was overbaked till there was nothing left to savour.

Honestly it's been at least fifteen years. The matchmaking is a Joke. I'm sure I'll no longer care even slightly by the time Wilder and Joshua fight some time around 2024. (if it happened tomorrow it would be too little too late but I'd care a little.)
I don't even know who Canello is.

Trinidad vs DelaHoya was pretty exciting. Two undefeated Welterweights in their primes. Fight itself was a stinker. The potential was there.

    Roy Jones vs James Toney.
    Holyfield vs Tyson

All the Hearns fights which is the fab 4 fights. Tyson/Spinks which was a let down. GGG vs. Canelo is a great fight. in light of the joke Floyd had last week, this is a real fight coming up in 2 weeks.

I got excited for Mancini/Bramble. All the top fights in the 80's were good, for the most part

Hamed v Barrera. Thought this could be a very exciting fight with knockdowns, shifts of momentum etc. I didn't expect Barrera to box such a great tactical fight and underestimated how much Hamed had declined.

I am excited GGG vs. Canelo. I am trying to figure it out watching their fights and seeing Canelo has better defense, but GGG keeps coming. This really has to do with GGGs power and can he hit and hurt GGG. If he can, then GGG wins. Canelo has to fight carefully.

The 80's had some real classic fights on network tv in those days. Any fights with B."School Boy"Chacon , "Boza" Edwards , "Animal" Fletcher, "Hard Rock"Green, E.Pederoza, R.Mancini J.Garza R.Lockridge, "Joltin"J.Chandler, "The Hawk"Pryor,M.Hamsho, R."Boom Boom"Mancini, and so many I've forgotten. Outside of Arron "Hawk' Pryor none of the fighters I listed would be considered "great". But they were "can't miss" fights on network tv in those days. Those men showed more heart and determination than most of these guys today would even dream about.

    Ali vs Frazier
    Chavez vs Taylor
    Duran vs Leonard
    Tyson Holyfield

Others I won't mention to avoid getting bogged down in personal opinion controversies which will inevitably arise.
