Think that's perfectly in line with things. I gave the 3rd to DeGale and had the 7th as an either way round I scored to Jack.

A draw was fair imo. What a great fight. Really hope last night sets the trend for 2017. 2 best in the division face each other and both come out of it with their stock higher than ever.

Totally agree, was saying the same thing last night before the fight. Hoping for a big year in boxing, lots of good fights already made and lots more close to being so.

I just hope this doesnt turn into a fan ***** fest claiming robbery. Its not good for the sport and Mayweather last night was terrible. He should have praised both fighters but thought Jack nicked it.

I felt sorry for Degale last night as the lack of respect for what he had just done was very dissapointing, especially coming from a legend of the sport.

Credit to both guys they left everything in the ring to see who is the best and entertain us.

Agreed, I'm tiring of the robbery threads on here. People aren't being objective enough. You never get the fan of the winning fighter calling their man's victory a robbery do you? It's always a claim made by disappointed fans looking for a way to explain a loss. Close fights = controversy but rarely a robbery imho...

Boxing, sadly, is being as tribal in its fanaticism as other sports. People following fighters over the sport, excusing fights not being made for nonsense reasons and celebrating purses over the quality of a fight. All part of the same issue.
