I think Glen is done. He never got that elbow or shoulder surgery, and he's like 50. I'd be surprised if he can do much besides hang in there tonight. He's been a tough guy and good for boxing, but this may just be the end of the line for him. Fonfara just too much youth and I don't think Glen can keep up anymore.

Yep, I think it's interesting, It'll prove hope much old Johnson has left. Hope he wins. I say final run time now, another fringe contender level opponent, then a top contender then maybe final title shot, win or loose thats pretty much all it should be IMO.

Yeah, Polish Prince is his nickname. How original is that!

At the weigh-in, he was introced as Andrew.

We'll see what his name is today on national TV.

When he got KO'ed, he was only a skinny, pencil neck Middleweight. He put on some bulk & is a Lt. HW now & looks much more solid. He also really relies on his jab to keep opponents at bay. Powerful right hand. That should be enough to keep him out of harms way tonight.

Like I said, I sure hope he doesn't get hurt in there.

Fonfara's resume isn't very good. After seeing footage of him dance against Findley I'd expect the same tonight.

    Perhaps leading to Pavlik/Johnson.

That would be a barrel of fun!

However, if Johnson looks more like he did against Bute than how he did against Froch (or worse) even Fonfara could be able to edge it...especially as he's more the "home fighter" in Chicago than Glen.

    I give a **** Jetski.

I hope Glencoffe has a few more good fights in him, but I really don't think he does. Even if he wins this one. Although that s.o.b. has proven me wrong before.

Bute effort was a little weak, just think it was a bad matchup for him. Was never going to outbox Bute, needed to get on the inside and rough him up. Memory ain't the greatest but I swear he did better in the second half of the fight and despite the commentators I was listening to declaring every round for Bute I thought Johnson won 3-4 rounds.

Just don't think Fonfara is anything special, he is aggressive and outworking Glencoffe to a decision is a possibility. But he has limited defensive skills paired with what appears to be a bad chin, clearly not a good look. To me it seems like Fonfara has been spoon fed bums to build him up, I honestly don't see a legit contender at all.
