Oh man he would absolutely abuse Huck.
He's ready for Helenius, Stiverne, Washington, Browne and Adamek too.

I don't know if he will end up better, Hrgovic is more versatile but Joyce also looks very promising to me considering he only had 5 fight at pro level. He went through his opponents like a knife through butter and they all were solid journeyman level.

Hrgovic is a great talent but Joyce overall has the all around game to defeat him combined with physically being stronger and length to reach him....he should overpower Hrgovic just like the am fight they had in a very entertaining fight.

Both have extrememly awkward styles where I believe the stronger puncher wins...which is Joyce.

Possibly...i like Joyce, i think the pro game suits him very well, that's not always the case with good amateurs, he has all the tools to be a formidable heavyweight.

With Hrgovic in the WBC rankings, Wilder's days as the WBC champ are numbered.

Even this green version of Hrgovic posses more boxing talent than Wilder in all of his 10 years as a pro.

Hrgovic would've beaten Donkey's second best win Stiverne on pro his debut.

    :deal:

Mind you, Hrgović does have flaws, and I'm not sure they are correctable at this point; his style has been honed (primarily in the amateurs) since he was a preteen more than half of his life ago. That said, even a poor man's Vitali who makes 2-3 mistakes for every 5-6 things he does well in the ring is enough to go ham on this division...where even the guy at the ostensible mountaintop wearing the same exact strap worn by Ali, Tyson and so many other greats probably makes about 20 critical fundamental boxing errors for every 1 thing he might happen to do effectively (by accident or not). :sisi1

I would favor Dubois and Joyce over Hrgovic from what I have seen of these three.

Mansour is a decent fighter but he is no Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, or Deontay Wilder either.

So there are plenty of hurdles to take for Hrgovic before he takes a world title belt.

You're wasting your breath. This guy thinks Lippe has more upside/would beat Usyk and that Usyk/Hunter was 50/50.

Wow...it feels super awkward to have such a firmer grasp of heavyweight boxing (as someone that loathes the division) than a guy that is clearly in love with it. Poor little fella.

Hrgovic would've picked that 240lb lead boot wearing fat penguin apart from the outside and beaten every ounce of stuffing out of him and taken him out.

I don't think he's as good as Vitali but that doesn't mean he won't clean house.

@GALVATRON what do you weigh, boy?

I'm currently shedding a bit, aiming for 175, although not long ago I had my toe just over the line of the cruiser limit.

Tell you what. I've seen your heavy bag videos bruh. You're slower than corned beef hash cooking on the cool side of the grill. You come up to MA sometime (or we can meet halfway in NYC, you won't catch me dead in a shithole like Jersey on purpose) and we spar, with a crowd of ESB'ers there spectating and recording it...and if your big dopey ass gets knocked spark out (by a light heavyweight) you will agree to, after waking up and clearing the cobwebs, look square into the camera and say "heavyweight is the worst".

    Deal? :deal:
