Hrgovic has been frozen out. He’s not even getting a prime. It’s sad. Wilder is knocked out in 2 of his last 3 fights and will get another big fight before the highly touted Hrgovic gets a shot at Usyk or Fury. He’s getting old already and has fought no one.

Hrgovic is a poor man's version of Wlad in a poor man's version of Vitali's body with a poor man's version of Drago for a personality.

"Come fight me. I am best. You vill lose."

Yeah, real scintillating stuff there Filip :buenrollo:

No one wants to fight him. He doesn’t draw so he doesn’t sell. So we get the same guys at the top for years now. No way should Wilder after being knocked out in 2 of his last 3 fights be getting another shot before this guy. It shows how unhealthy the division is right now. I think a lot of the Eastern European guys need better marketing too large of a talent pool to be out of the loop.

They will never be in the loop, nobody cares about eastern europe. Even Usyk that is on the level of Holyfield, conquering 2 divisions and now reining in heavyweight after beating fans favourite AJ 2 times, isnt respected. The only just thing left is mandatory system that allows people like Usyk, or therefor Hrgovic to attack the title, otherwise next fight could be Logan Paul vs AJ for vacant WBC belt.

Sure, but he has no momentum

Franklin at least had public sympathy on his side and it was a good moral victory for him getting a Joshua fight.

I’m sure AJ wants the Fury fight, but not sure about Eddie. Hrogovic vs AJ is a good fight, but it won’t happen next.

You sound really apologetic, some washed up journeyman is better moral victory than IBF nb1 mandatory challenger, public sympathy is irelevant since it would be the same if AJ was going to fight Jake Paul.

I'm not apologetic for anyone. I want you to view it from the perspective of a PROMOTER.

Zhang bangs much harder than this version of AJ. AJ seemed like he had little power on his punches against Franklin.

What decent offers has he made to top fighters that they’ve turned down?

You make fights by offering fights. You don’t ‘call someone out’ or say ‘I’ll fight so-and-so’ — you have your promoter put together a package to offer the opponent that’s attractive enough for them to take. What makes anyone think Dillian Whyte wouldn’t answer the phone? Or Ortiz? Or any of a number of other ranked fighters … if the offer is good.

Throw a few million at them and you’ll find some takers. That is the promoter’s actual job … to promote the fighter and promote his fights.

Sit back and ‘call them out’ and you’ll get exactly what Flip Hamburger here is getting now.
