Filip Hrgovic vs. Martin Bakole or Frank Sanchez possible.

Bakole, Sanchez, or Ortiz would be good opponents for Hrgovic - all interesting fights.

I happen to rate Hrgovic as well as Sanchez, so that would be my favourite matchup. but it probably makes more sense for Hrgovic to face Bakole and Sanchez to face Martin or Ortiz, for example.

 

Hrgovic still got Big Bang problems. Needs to run it back.

 

Better than a fight versus Ruiz, by quite a bit.

 

If I were a betting man, I'd bet neither fight has a chance in hell of happening.

 

Would be fine with either, both solid fighters who should test Hrgovic to some degree but unlikely to pull of an upset.

I think Bakole would fade like Zhang and would be outworked down the stretch and Sanchez for me still has something to prove because beating Ajagba isn't that impressive to me, this would show us how good or bad Sanchez really is.

 

That guy is just hoping Bakole will be Fury's bodyguard.

 

Bakole is probably the most desperate of the available opponents for the fight now.

HWs go off like rotten eggs once they hit aged 40 and Bakole is nearing that age. They will be in a hurry to get him those big fights now as they are running out of time.

(Yes I know he is listed as 29, but we all know he is way older than that).

 

Yes, Sanchez is clearly 4-5 years older than listed (no way is he 30). But in your mid 30s although the clock is ticking, he wont be as desperate as Bakole will be for the big fights.
