Filmed fights from the UK in the 70's,80s and even the 90s.

    Anyone know why so many fights televised or filmed in the UK from the 70s, 80s and some even in the 90s are incomplete., some are missing rounds others have all the rounds but don't show the three minutes of every round. Anyone know why? Where the broadcasters just being cheap *******s? That's some **** you expect from a third world country. It's very weird.

    Yes, the TV networks in the UK didn't have the decency to show fights in full unless the fight was live.

    I have well over a hundred vhs cassettes 70, 80’s, from, UK, Australia, UK, Germany etc.
    UK ones, from memory are complete. 2 channels showed them regularly live. Delayed international ones were complete. A series on BBC ran A Fight to Remember Series, on memorable British fights, again complete.
    Might run a random one, since this has been brought up.
