Final Adamek - Arreola predictions.

I think Arreola will take it.

1) People say he looked bad against Vitali. But everyone looks bad against Vitali.
2) People say he is fat. He sure is. But it doesn't seem to affect his stamina as bad as it should.
3) Adamek is proven at LHW, proven at cruiser, but unproven at Heavy.

Adamek is a good boxer, but not a great one. He got humiliated by Dawson, who is a genuinely very good boxer. Adamek combines decent boxing with good punch resistance, good stamina, respectable power and sheer balls. But he can get lured into brawls, and his punch resistance+power are not proven at heavy.

Of course, this could be the fight that Adamek proves himself as a genuine top class heavy. But if I had to lay money on it I'd back Arreola.

Edit: Anyone want to start a poll? Who has the ugliest messed-up nose, Arreola or Adamek? I think Arreola would just beat Adamek in that one too...

 

1. If everyone looks bad against Vitali then it was a huge opportunity for Arreola to look better, and he failed.

2. Extra weight for Cristobal's last chance to prove himself shows he does not take his job seriously.

3. Adamek looks natural and comfortable at HW. His skills, speed and athleticism will make him shine.

I wouldnt say he has anything to be humiliated about with Dawson and like i said in another thread by the 10th round adamek altered his strategy a little. Had the fight continued i think he would have won and had the fight been at cruiser i definatly think he would have won

 

Who the **** knows what to do in the ring, when in his corner is Buddy McGirt giving advices. Holy Crap ! Dawson was better tho, no doubt about it.
