Mormeck is trouble earlier rounds in fight but win TKO later rounds, because i'm not sold about Hayes chin and stamina..Mormeck late TKO

    David Haye TKO6

If he is not too drained, if he is Mormeck TKO late.

Haye should be too fast, too powerful and just a bit better at everything bar infighting/chin. I think Haye will keep him at range be much much much faster than Mormeck and land the "hayemaker" again and again till Jean-Marc's chin cracks.

    That ok? :D

:good Good stuff...but won't Mormeck have a strategy to take Haye the distance and win on points? Why won't it work?

I see this as Haye having the talent, power and speed but a suspect chin. Mormeck is incredible over rated - he is a plodder, solid, consistent and will be there always dangerous. If Haye does not dominate and take Mormeck out early I see Mormeck slowly getting on top late as Haye's stamina will probably become a factor.

    Haye by TKO/KO

Mormeck strategy will be to make it into a war of attrition. He cannot outbox Haye so he will try and draw him into a fight. Where he could win a tough points descison or even catch Haye's somewhat suspect chin.
It wont work because Haye will be too mobile that will allow him to fire off the jab and when that jab starts landing it stops people in there tracks and if Mormeck stops coming forward Haye will time him with the right. If it goes late then Mormeck could take Haye out due to stamina issues. But in his fight with Fragomini(i think thats how you spell it) he fought a rough fight at a very fast pace for 9 rounds. I dont think this fight will be as inclose as that. As Haye knows he cannot get invloved inside to much.

    Haye TKO6

haye's handspeed will confuse mormeck to much nd he start to get frustrated. i see haye firing a 1-2 down the middle which will ko mormeck around 7.

I know the bookies are usually silly but given the votes in our little thread here, you would think Haye was 1.1 and Mormeck 4.5...instead, they both used to be 1.86 just a couple of days ago...

haye is 100% focussed on this fight..he's been waiting for the chance for the last couple of years, while mormeck apparently just sees this as another defence before chasing a unification fight with cunningham.

i think haye is catching mormeck at just the right time and even if haye does gas, mormeck won't be able to take advantage because his stamina is just as suspect nowadays.

    but yeah...haye by ko R7

I see it this way, Mormeck wins by late TKO if Haye doesn't put him away early. Mormeck stamina has improved because according to ESPN, Mormeck has been training in the Alps.

In his fight with Giacobbe Fragomeni he fought at a high pace for 9 rounds. His training is much better now.
Personally I see haye establishing the jab and the right and breaking Mormeck down and KOing him mid rounds. Haye hits like a train and Mormeck whillst not having bad defence is not that hard to hit.
