    Andrade is B-? B-??!:patsch

In that case, Bute's is B- to B, no better.:huh

So...Bute is less than a solid world class fighter...:huh

That's not a real 8 inches advantage. Andrade's chest is larger than Bute's. Their arms are not so different. Beside, Andrade does not hit his arm fully extended. Andrade is an inside fighter, he does not use his long arms. Bute does and is brilliant in finding the right distance between himself and his opponent. No worry there.

I agree. Even though Andrade does throw hayemakers, they are not that effective. He has certainly not used his reach advantage on the outside, so far. His longer reach will help him protect his body better on the inside, though.

With just about one week to the fight, the local media are not yet in the zone, but, be patient, it's coming ! Bute is in the recuperation stage of his camp and he had a great one with two sparring sessions some days. So, as usual, he will be ready for war, and war will happend.

After his first fifteen fights, he racked 15 ko's, great start. His trainer, Stéphane Larouche, whom I consider a clever and wise man, taught that his boxer was not gaining enough ring experience and was exposed to hand injury by trying to finish his fights early. That's when he started to fight from a distance and took a lot of rounds to add victories to his record. Some people were saying that he was too carefull and his new style was not as effective or exciting anymore.

To me those guys are wrong, I think from what I saw is that he just kept his guns in the holster, because he didn't need to go all out and take unnecessary chances to win by UD or late stoppage. Now that he reached the top seeds, I hope that the old style will rise and he will start being more aggressive and let his hands go more. And he will, because now, the variables are not the same.

This will be the first time he's on U.S. PPV on Showtime, so lots of new american eyes to watch, plus his mandatory is well known in the States. Add to that, he want's more belts and he will go after boxers who can bring him one.

As for Andrade, whom I respect and like has a man, he will not be able to stand the fast hands, the rapid feet mouvments and the furious combos that Bute will land from start to finish, in what people will remember as the fight were Bute is now considere a world class super fighter, maybe even a prospect at top 10 P4P.

Please my american buddies, watch the fight and after, tell me who should be his next american victim en route for another belt. To me, there is one guy he has to fight in 2009, Kessler, even if he's not american.

But Taylor would do, if he ends up victorious for the tiltle tournament the WBC is setting up. Taylor and Lacy have to fight November 15th for the #1 contender spot to the belt. Pascal and Froch will fight December 6th for the title Calzaghe left vacant. So the winner of Taylor-Lacy will face, as a mandatory, the winner of Pascal-Froch for the WBC belt.

It's time to take the guns out, war is coming!!!!!
