The key of the result of fight will be the judges.I think Bute will do more than Direll,no matter how mach experience Froch accumulated. It will be a 8-4 for Bute I think.I think the issue "judges" was also the key of the negociations.

Bute team, advised from Romanian side wanted a fight in Manchester to balance with Romanian substancial support.Froch team insisted on Notingham to be sure Bute is on pressure. So what convinced Interbox to give up?Nothing is usually for free. The common agreement regarding the judges.

So we will have a Canadian,an Englishman and an American or why not, maybe Three judges from tottally other three countries.I would bet on the first situation.

Bute T/KO in 10 or less after losing no more than 1 or 2 rounds.

Bingo. Bute will come to fight. He will not fight negatively, pulling out of range every time Froch comes remotely close to him. He might be on the backfoot setting up counters and luring Froch to throw long right hands so his left lands, and this should allow him to outland Froch by a considerable margin.

Judges could be an issue if Bute wins 7, 8 rounds rather than 9-10. I'm not prepared to predict a robbery as the IBF is usually pretty solid... huh... wait..... Cloud-Campillo anyone? Aaaaaaaalright I'm not predicting a robbery, I'll just say I'd be extremely pissed if Froch got away with an SD or MD for being the aggressor throughout the fight. I don't think he'll land a LOT of power punches, although the odd angry combo might involve a right and/or a left landing flush on Bute's jaw.

What I want to see? Bute TKO10 on accumulation of body shots, knock down, and Carl wobbling around the ring.

What I think we'll see? Bute close UD or SD, having won 8 or 9 rounds.

My guess is that this is NOT the official thread on the subject, and it certainly won't be the final one.

Bute is overrated , but this is exaggerated .
Hopkins , Ward , Floyd r way more overrated than Bute .
If it was in Canada my bet would have been on Bute on pts , since it's in Notingham , IDK .

I like Froch and he has a chance, but I give the edge to Bute. He's the better ring general, and has a more dynamic arsenal.

    Bute by UD.

He has better handspeed, footwork, athleticism, one punch concussive power, and a more diverse offensive skill set.

The fight could be in Froch's living room, and it wouldn't make any difference.
