i'm hoping Hughes get's another beating in this one. Apperently he is fighting Serra in UFC 88 or 89 no matter what happens in the Alves fight. And if he wins both he get's another title shot. Which I'm not sure he would even want.

they might as well throw silva Frankin 3 in there if they would do that. but hughes still thinks he can beat GSP, in a recent interview he basically said GSP had a good night and he had a bad night. when talking about their last fight....:huh ....ya think!!!! it was a beatdown from beging to end...there wasn't much luck involved.

Yeah its a good card, looking forward to watching it live on Setanta :D. Anyone on here actually going to the event? Originally I thought about going but after Liddel vs Shogun was off it kinda put me off. Also just seen this on the setanta site "Then, beginning with UFC 86: Jackson v Griffin, Setanta Sports 1 becomes the Exclusive home for ALL of the UFC's supercards including UFC Fight Nights from both sides of the Atlantic and Ultimate Fighter Finale's - all Live and Exclusive!". So this confirms Setanta will also show the UFN cards and the TUF finals live but still no confirmation on if they will show the actual TUF series.

I'm so glad i live in England. We get this card free on setanta, which is only £10 a month for about 7 channels. Finally i get to see a card live not a day late, like the others.
Pretty good card, Just wish they would give Bisping a decent challenge to see how good he really is. ****ing people keep dropping out with injuries.

I'll be going on Sat, I thought about it when it was announced but decided not to and was really disappointed when Liddel/Evans was off, but after I watched UFC 84, it really got me in the mood so I got my tickets last week.
First post as well!

Cheers! I've been tempted by all of the previous UK cards but always missed them for one reason or another.

Its even better when you are only paying £5 a month instead from some Welsh based promotion they sent me.
My only downside to going is that I will miss the Pavlik fight due to having to stay in London overnight.

Well lets be honest, it should be a one sided beat down. Personally, i'm just looking for a quality knockout. Haven't seen one since Haye-Maccarinelli.
