    My heart says Ibragimov pulls the upset via 9th round stoppage.

    I'm going by Wlad UD in a fight where Ibragimov fights very careful, too careful to win but at the same time avoid the risk of getting KO'd. Fight might be a bit boring due to Sultan's back peddling most of the time.

    I hope i'm wrong on the latter part.
