Final Verdict : NYSAC Grants Margarito license.

I'm only like 35 minutes away from MSG. I guess I shouldn't be as worried as you though! Aren't you flying in from overseas? I want this to go down in NYC because the entire card BELONGS there..... but 'm really pulling for it for people in your circumstances!

Am I the only person who wouldn't really care if Margarito losses his eye in the fight? To be clear I am not hoping for this, but Margarito seems ok with taking the risk and karma is a *****.

What Margarito did or at least tried to do was borderline attempted murder. At the very worst with his eye he retires after making another big payday.

MSG crowd will want an execution (not literally), that's part of the appeal, for better or worse.

so we see it looks like the NYSAC did not pick some in-house stiff, but a top notch doc, yes? [of course, they say everyone has their price, but I think this doc will give his honest opinion.]

And it is interesting that Cotto has given his implied threat that if not in NY, he's calling it off.

Do you think he will stick to that, if the fight has to go elsewhere?

Well that is BS I think, and medicine isn't up to that level. Hopefully we will soon see. I have writen that Marg's face won't be able to take the punches now, even though his brain may.

 

I seriously dont know, he is within his rights if its in black and white on the contract. Guess we'll just have to wait till 3pm for the official announcement.
