I was reading Rafael's comments and he is coming down pretty hard on the NYSAC.
Melvina Leviathan is placing the blame on Margaret's lawyer that the reason we are here today is due to your inaction.
He replied that they submitted all docs in sept and have been in contact with them since.

In an interview, Cotto was asked how he felt about the possibility of fighting in another venue. He said he wouldn't fight nowhere else, he signed the fight contract to fight at MSG and that is the only place he'll fight.

 

No worries...the fight will proceed based on what I was told.
They'll probably still wait for a later announcement.
