    He kept stuttering and asking the same question when told to simply call margarito to ask him if he would accept submitting to another examination.



    "So you want me to call him now" "I will do that immediately"..."wait is it now or in an hour?"..."OK I will do that Immediately"..."Well I have one question Mrs Lathan...should I call him now or do I have an hour?"

    Commission passing the buck here. Seems to me it will find a doctor and that doctor will approve Margarito and then commission is shieled.
