I have been dying from this drought. I have mixed feelings about this fight since it got signed. I have been a Bradley fan for some time now and until Alexander destroyed Urango i picked him to beat Bradley based on Alexanders chin and power. The Kotelnik fight threw a wrench into that prediction as i have never seen Alexander look so terrible. Then again he was just coming off a huge win and could have just gotten silk pajama syndrome. Bradley also looks like he is going to pass out in the latest videos of him. I think im going to place my bet on an Alexander TKO. I just dont see how a guy who is known for his work rate is giong to keep it up if he is sick. Thats going to take a toll on him and his biggest advantage will be gone. Also that chin of his along with a flu will not go well together. I really hopes he shocks us all but my money will be on Alexander tomorrow night. And also Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!
This fight is a great way to start 2011. I dont mind who wins, but i believe Bradley will, and will simply outclass Devon on the inside
You think a sick Bradley can pull it off though?? He looked pretty sick in that vid that was just posted and i cant imagine having a fight with flu symptoms. I remember back in high school i got a flu during wrestling season and it was bad. I tried to keep training but once you start getting warm you feel like passing out.
What the hell are people talking about? There have been a BUNCH of fights already in 2011. Boxing has ALREADY started. Apparently not everyone is paying attention! atsch
I cant see it because im at work, I will need to look tonight. Yeah you cant fight with the flu, but that was like what 10 days ago. A normal healthy person should be able to recover in a week a healthy athlete even in a few days. Bradley should be fine, I think him being extremely nervous is more likely from what people are saying.
Im guessing Bradley knows his own body. Because if the symptons are that bad, he would have pulled out probably.
Im talking about big fights of course. There really hasnt been anything major happening since dec 18.
And miss out on a payday along with extending his already 9 month layoff? Not to mention i have heard that if its a close fight which im sure it still will be there is a rematch clause.
Its still a bit risky going into a fight with that kind of mentality. I dont know Bradley personally, but im sure he will do fine come fight night. Time will reveal the truth
Well, that may be true. But fights have been happening since at least the first week of January, with the return of ESPN Friday Night Fights (which is on tonigh, btw)!!! Don't get me wrong, the Bradley-Alexander fight - which I think Bradley is gonna win decisively - is a great fight. It's just not the ONLY thing in boxing!
About time as well. The girlfriend was asking what were doing this weekend. I replied ''well I know what I'm doing'' Should be a good un.
