    Genuine question, what was with Haye's giant nappy over the last few years? He never appeared strapped up in training so why the diaper on fight night?

    I think it was to deflect the eyes away from the legs as he had made his comeback with a career ending injury.

    It was noticeable that his ring walks were taking far too long because he was injured and there was a lot of head movement during the ring walk to deflect attention.

    The giant nappy on the Dave Channel is something that I cannot stop laughing about.

    Probably to hide the scars from spinal surgery...

    Having had spinal surgery I have no idea how he was in a boxing ring so quickly afterwards...

    It does put a new light on his come back though, overcoming personal demons...

    Obviously money was a big motivator too and he did take us all for a ride...but I imagine he was deluding himself just as much and we did get some entertainment at least.

    One of the best ever British boxers regardless of the hate. Should go in the HOF given other fighters that have achieved that...

    Yeah his Heavyweight period was poor, no denying that.

    He entertained me at crusierweight, unifying titles and I even enjoyed the Carl Thompson fight, he lost in what was at the time a huge upset.

    Entertaining me didn't mean he was always winning, watching him get beat up or losing was entertaining.
