I noticed in some fights where the ref doesnt speak the same language as the fighter or fighters they use hand gestures, sort of like sign language to communicate with them.

I did see Joe signal to them to fight, not sure what the official rules are considering actually saying box but i'm just sayin..

if Time was in, you would have heard the bell that ended the round but you didnt because time was not in at the time Floyd hit him, keep in mind a 10 second count with 8 seconds on the clock When Joe said lets go....
