Agreed, it is the same thing andre ward and every other boring boxer does. They jab clinch, wait for break and repeat. Then they wonder how they can have 30-64 fights of mostly wins and still be making half of what guys at welterweight are making in a night. Klitschko gets victories, but he isn't winning the fight. His opponent will often not even be hurt nor have bruises after 36 minutes of "fighting" a 6'6 250 pound man with a hard punch... how?
Foreman had no staimina, his punches were extremely wide. He could punch hard, but would have been stopped, KO, or probably TKO by either Klitschko. Hell, Jimmy Young made Foreman look like a food. Axel Schultz, did you see Foreman's face after that fight?! Vlad was the first to stop Schultz, stopped him in round 8. Foreman gave up his IBF title rather than rematch with Schultz, as the IBF ordered a rematch...........
wlad fights his way for a reason, see the sanders and brewster fights. He was much more of a risk taker but like any good fighter he had to adapt because of his dodgy whiskers(take note khan) However the problem is he's been stuck in that defensive midset for so long that thats the only way he knows how to fight now, as hard as it is for a fighter to curb their reckless tendencies it works the way same way for a fighter to abandon his defensive natures
They are not the same fighter, Wlad holds a lot , Vitali not so much. Lewis used to hold quite a bit too, not as much as Wlad though.
