Yes cotto will school him. If I'm wrong I'm wrong ain't none of us psychic, regardless of much as we like to think we are. There's a big difference in skill. Sergio RELIES on speed and athleticism. The first 2 things to go with age and multiple injuries/surgeries. Far as I know cotto is in top shape same as he always been. Cotto is very skilled fighter. Sergio is (was?) a very good athlete. Last I checked they were going to fight. Not race on 10 speeds. The size difference is the only thing that worries me at all but not much. And what the hell does the fact that PAC stopped cotto have to do with anything? If you wanna bring up asinine facts...margarito beat Sergio. Cotto beat margarito. Maybe u never heard the saying "styles make fights." Neither PAC nor mayweather has **** to do with this fight. Not does golovkin. Sergio should be fighting ggg. Why comment on how ggg kos cotto? Which is also pure speculation. Ggg has looked great but he hasn't fought anyone near the skill level and ability as cotto or Sergio. Sergio should be chastised for fighting a guy from 154 when he's got a monster knocking on his door in his own division. But that's beside the point I guess. He wants money so it's cotto. When (if) cotto wins then go ahead with the cotto ggg comments. Why the hell WOULD cotto consider ggg? No money, no title. Cotto wants Sergio becuz he is the legitimate lineal actual real champ and regardless of why, cotto feels he can win. And if he's does he's making history and solidifying his legacy. Then it's his job to deal with golovkin.

Versus, know how, experience, superior punch power, better body punching, brings more pressure, and is 10 times the fighter Marin Murray could ever be.

Just because Cotto was once a welterweight he ain't one now.
154 was difficult for him now!
He's getting Maravilla after a poor performance then injury. Trust me, Cottos got a real chance here.

Murray was an immovable object. His guard was like a brick wall.

Sergio will punch right through Cotto. Even Maywaether hurt him through his guard.

if cottos competitive against martinez(because of sergios twice surgically repaired knee) then the canelo fight will still be there if alvarez does not lose to angulo

cotto gets badly beaten by canelo, ktfo cold by kirkland, schooled and embarased by andrade and lara and its one and done.

he has all reward and no risk against sergio and you would have to be pretty gullible if you think cotto was going to get 10mm fighting a guy(canelo) that barely breaks 1mm views in his signature fight(trout)...on free tv.

miguel made 8mm againsy floyd plus ppv

    http://www.badlefthook.com/2012/5/2...el-cotto-8-million-ppv-upside-hbo-boxing-news

if you think cotto/canelo would do 1mm+ ppv buys you must not have seen floyd/canelo which did nothing but damage his reputation

canelo is going to be lucky to do 350k against angulo and 450k tops against a faded cotto.

miguel is going to make roughly the same against sergio as he wouldve againnt canelo...my guess 3 million plus ppv

Whereas Martin Murray is Earnie Shavers reincarnation???
Cotto doesn't have to blast him out, but if he keeps a high workrate, hes in with a chance.
Maravilla is 39, his performances have wained, and hes coming off a long injury layoff.
Im not deluded, Im like Maravilla more, but Cotto has a shot.
    You however, are a *****!

I see Cotto fighting a much better fight than many of you have predicted. Cotto, boxing ability is a lot better than Martinez...**** his jab along is superior ! The only threat Martinez poses to Cotto is his power and if he can't capitalize on that power, i see Cotto winning my decision.
