Fought? Its about a tie. Beaten, and thats what matters, yes easily. Mosley has beaten Margarito, Collazo, and Mayorga. All in 1 weight class.

Williams has beaten Margarito, Quintana, Phillips, Kolle and Wright over 3 weight classes.

PW should have been there for a long time now. he should definitely be above mosley and cotto for his division hopping alone.

A lot of people are forgetting that The Ring had Paul Williams in their Ring P4P Top 10 list last year after he KO'd Andy Kolle, after Cotto was removed. He was taken off after Hatton beat Malignaggi. He then went on to beat Phillips @154 and Wright @160, but still couldn't crack it despite his best wins of his career. Only to be moved up with Darchinyan, Hatton losses.

Not to mention that his one win was against someone Williams already beat. I mean really dont people anything wrong with this?

Although it definitely seems that a strong case can be made for PW to be in the top 5 P4P, I think him being #10 makes sense for the moment. It seems that he was probably #11 after the Winky fight and since Darchinyan was dropped, everyone else below Darchinyan just moved up 1. Ideally, PW can't jump to top 5 since he hasn't done anything yet since his win over Winky.

Of course the ratings do seem to follow its own strange logic sometimes so I could be wrong.

Yeah it was full of doubts alright.:yep If Margo's gloves were loaded or not which makes Williams win over the cheat even more impressive when you look at it.:hi: A green Williams beat a loaded gloved Margo at his own game and had him scared of a rematch despite a career high payday.:deal

Williams remaining below Caballero continues to embarrass the Ring's list. This one isn't even close. Sure it's technically subjective, but so is Pacquiao being #1 if that line is going to be taken.

Having Vazquez and R. Marquez still on there is questionable, too. Rafael's list is much stronger, which isn't saying much.
