Very true. Now though it is time for the fight to be made too bad there are these dumb mandatories in the way
Ice, I trust you never saw "Ali-Evangelista" or "Holyfield vs. Vaughn Bean" yrs ago........... Or "Lewis vs. Henry Akinwande" in 1997......... Now them fights stunk bad..... Not even Old Spice could help that smell....... :admin MR.BILL
haye it could have been but that *** ducked both klits. so, for vitali to remain active he beat the sh!t out of arreola and had a glorified spar session with the KingPIG. Can't balme him. One thing is for sure. Vitali is the most dominating HW of his era. No question. He has kicked the a$$es of all comers...
well said :good except im not so sure about the supposed ageing, he won a shut out after all against a defensively apt and mobile fighter who came to survive only
I was gonna respond with something but I totally lost it when I got knocked out cold by the huge wall of text...
Where has Haye ever said he "refuses to fight him"??? Haye as you will/should know has a MANDATORY defence in early 2010 against John Ruiz, which he should deal with swiftly imo. After that Haye has said he wants to fight either Klitschko brother!! Both bros have the potential to KO Haye, but actually doing it is another matter completely. Haye will go in there to throw bombs, but like in his fight vs Valuev, he also showed he can fight a tactical fight too when needed. I wouldn't rule Haye out if I were you, he's the future for the Heavyweight division and I think he will pull it off against either Klitschko!!
Your text needs some breathing room (lol) but good post. Of course the fight wouldn't be that awful watching it after the fact because you'd already braced yourself for the boredom. I personally believe Haye quits Vitali somewhere in the 9th if he cant knock him out. Vitali's legs looked bad, he was stiff and found it hard to find KJ all night. There was one point in particular where Vitali had KJ cornered and was raining down his little arm slaps (nothing landing) when KJ landed one of the few, 5 to be exact, counter right hands to the chin of Klitschko...it backed him up for about 2 seconds and he proceeded. At that point I said Haye knocks Vitali out
Johnson looked very small compared to Vit but surprisingly only 5lbs separate their weights. He looked like a punching bag there. Simply no match.
efficenct but lacklustre win, johnson clearly out of his depth... vitali should retire fairly soon though.
My biggest concern. Even when johnson was on the ropes or cornered he was still off on his foot work at times and his punches were not solid. It was just a concern. As for the Haye fight cant be to sure. Haye brings a different element. Sure he is gonna move more than Johnson but he will be a bit more aggressive. Though I think Haye will be more open than Vitali. And wide open is not a good trait when fighting Vitali
I just saw it too. Never seen a fighter that looks so bad so utterly dominate a kinda-ranked opponent. Vitali really is an anomaly. I'd pick Haye to beat him.
If u liked that fight, u must of wlad vs iggy. and holyfeild vs big nick. u got a bad taste for boxing. #1 the fight should of never happened. #2 vit could of killed his guy but was throwing little baby pawing punches which are ****ing stpud. #3 If i had a shot a the HW crown, i would lay it all on the land. not stand there and do sweet **** all. I would rather go out on my shield like a warrior then land nothing. (couple baby jabs and hooks) lol. bum vs scared robot.
