:-( I would hate to be you, so much anger and bitterness.

    What have you got?

By the time the giro has been spent each week on Kestrel Super Strength, some snout and then gear it doesn't leave much for the hoodies and chunky gold necklace does it............

And now the option is gone to use kids as a way to 'earn' extra income..........

Suicide might be the only option I fear, oh dear what an existence hey... :|

:deal Hello Widdy, yes he most definitely is!

Don't quite know what he hopes to achieve by being so nasty and needlessly spiteful whilst hidden behind the anonymity of a computer screen...................

When someone is like that when unprovoked it tells me all I need to know about their own inner demons and the desperate need for control that they feel their behaviour gives them.

    Anyway..............

Yes Mate it is the main man MacGyver!

I loved it when I was young, watched it on ITV in the late eighties but hadn't seen it for years.

Managed to pick up the complete boxset recently, all 139 episodes for under forty quid!

Total bargain, and although the episodes can be a bit cheesy they are also really good and I'm loving watching them again!

I've changed my mind about Boxnation. It might by ok on TV, but the streaming service is **** poor. The quality keeps going to mush and it freezes and glitches, just like a dodgy stream.

    Nothing wrong with Sci-Fi mate!

I'm Star Trek first and foremost, the original series for me, then the films followed by Next Generation.

I recently watched all the Battlestar Galactica's (the new series), and thought they were unbelievable, one of the very best televison dramas I have ever seen.

Love Red Dwarf, the new series on Dave is simply brilliant, best they have done for twenty years IMO.

Obviously I like Star Wars (not many men don't!), Empire Strikes back gets quite regular viewings from me.

I also love Sci Fi films, 2010, Outland, Moon etc.

Never watched Stargate! (Apart from the film that is )

    Speak for yourself fella!

Agree with all your choices, haven't seen Pandorum, I'll keep an eye out for it cheers :good

The card on Thursday wasn't the best, I think the main event left a particularly bad taste in the mouth.

The presentation was pretty much what to expect, the interaction between the presenters and so forth.

Richard Keyes only seems to do the ocassional show, usually Fridays, first time I have seem him for ages actually.

If it is an international card its usually Buncey in the studio with Lillis.

Bigger cards we tend to get the best, Jim Rosenthal, he is superb and brings back lots of memories of the old ITV days!

Stick with it Widdy, some good cards between now and the end of the year, should hopefully be well worth your money (just don't let your missus find out!).

    :deal Spot on Gaz,

I only caught it last year when Sky Atlantic ran it, watched every episode and the two 'movies'.

Haven't seen Caprica yet, don't know if its any good?

Also I recently bought the Babylon 5 boxset at a really good price, never watched it, but BSG inspired me :D
