Just thought I'd see what people would come up with, assuming one of the two will be scheduled to fight Bute at the end of the summer. 3 choices per.

Those fights should take place in Apr/May.

    Kessler
    - Karoly Balzsay
    - Khoren Gevor
    - Allan Green for a last payday

    Dirrell
    - Brinkley/Stevens
    - Jean-Paul Mendy (Dirrell #3 Mendy #1 @ IBF)
    - Dimitri Sartison (who accepted, but then refused to fight Bute in March)

I think it's likely to see Kessler-Green or Dirrell-Mendy. The former builds up a S6-oriented clash, where as the second one justifies the IBF eliminator.

What do you guys think? :bbb

Dirrell really doesn't need to bother coming back.

LOL that'd be awesome. But I highly doubt it TBH... serious injuries on both sides, don't wanna put the career at stake first fight coming back. :blood

I was just saying that since he took that lil retirement you can see he put on his man weight. He is over 30 YO now and you can see it in his face.

I know but they both owe us big fights.. and Showtime. Nothing wrong with dreaming. with all that's going on in that Div. I don't care to see either of them in with scrubs. Once they come back to the big time then I will care.

Showtime might be happy with Green for Kessler, especially if they favor the fact that Green is a S6 name over quality of opponent for a 'big fight'. Showtime might be happy to showcase Dirrell schooling fellow American Brinkley in order to prepare the style comparisons with Bute, in the case of an eventual Bute-Dirrell fight in the summer.

Just sayin they could be moderately fun to watch. No need to score the fights, just drink more beer. :p

Kessler-Dirrell as both their first fight back from serious injury?

**** people if this happens, I hope somebody nails the losing manager to a cross. That's total career sacrifice.

True iindeed. If they are one time buid up/showcase fights that lead to Bute/Ward/Froch, Then yes I would just enjoy the fights. Bute - Dirrell or Bute - Froch would be great fights.

Yup. Especially after the brain injury I would not let him drain any fluid out of his brain in order to make weight @ 168. AD is like 6'3, right?
