outside the ring he may not have work less than someone like bhop but inside the ring is where his lack of determination and work ethics show he gets frustrated and loses his cool consistently. im not bagging on the dude im a fan of his but he frustrates me to no end to have the talents like he has but not reach his full potential. its really sad

if you thought Judah was beating KT's ass i don't know what to say. He only won most of the first round. Thats it. He was getting owned the entire 2nd round.

Thats like saying if Zab Judah wasn't Zab Judah he might have been a better fighter.

Just cause a guy has naturally fast hands doesn't mean he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He isn't resilient and he continually looks bad at the top level.

I will finish the thought - If Zab Judah had a solid chin, wasn't trapped at an awkward natural size between light welter and welter, was fundamentally better, had discipline, avoided Kostya Tszyu's shots for 12 rounds, he might have been remotely successful at the top level.

He is a front running little punk. If it walks like a punk and talks like a punk, its a punk.

He's pretty much come unravled in every big fight since 06 at the first sign of adversity.

not be much better. He has good skills and he really is a good fighter, but he like a lot of other fighters does not reach the level of skill of the top guys.

his work ethic is being underated...

He was completely on his A game for the Cotto fight.... trained his ass off and was focused as hell, hes just not good at dealing with elite guys who put it on him and dont get detered by his speed and power....

    thats about it.

Yes... in fights against lesser fighters he often loses focus, cant stick to a gameplan, isnt at his best, ect, ect... but against the elite hes always come in at 100%.

It is completely insane and point to the beauty of our sport imo where a guy like baldomir can beat a guy like zab based almost entirely off of his spirit (or whatever one wants to call it.... will, heart, intangibles, mind, ect)

to me that fight will always be amazing.... and im a zab fan

excuse me, zab beat kt's ass in the 1st round but as far as kt "owning" him in the 2nd -slap yourself.

prior the KO was judah ever hurt? stunned? in trouble? wobbled?
-NO. granted he was backpedaling but kt didnt land anything serious, of course, till the last 10 seconds :yep

his chin isn't a gigantic problem if he had people around him who helped him adjust to his opponent which is his biggest problem. his dedication really isn't his issue he trains pretty hard for hard fights. but he doesn't seem to get how to adjust to him opponent once they start to land leather. so he does what he knows how to and thats cover up and throw big shots.
