You can make up all the excuses you want, but you don't get to claim someone cleaned out a division when there are two other title claimants (Wilder WBC and Fury lineal) and your guy also hasn't fought Ortiz.

AJ has made some title defenses. He hasn't cleaned anything out.

AJ has cleaned the bank out ,Wilder has tried robbing the bank but lost to Fury and now is back to still not even making what the original offer by team Joshua was which was 12. 5 million back last summer....back to square one he goes which he doesn't mind as long as he doesn't have to face Joshua.

Only ones making excuses here is you're very demented fanbase. lol

AJ fought Breazeale and Molina 3 years ago!

Sweet Jesus are you trying to say Wilder tried to unify his WBC belt with the "lineal belt"??? (it doesn't actually exist btw) and don't forget Ortiz ducked AJ last month after being offered 7 million.

On the last point I agree with you though, they need to fight each other. But right now WIlder is running and making it impossible.

I'm starting to think that Wilder's people had no clue that Fury would be such a tough fight, and that's the only reason they made it. They were going to put pressure on Joshua's people by taking the lineal deal and beating someone from the U.K. by brutally knocking out a fat party animal. Well, that didn't happen. Nobody wants the Ortiz fight except a side that wants an easy payday.

You don't have to think ,because Fury admitted he had Warren call Finkel and convince him he was only looking for a pay day and further did so with the two warm up fights that made MOST think he was going to get knocked out. Just so happens the bigger and smarter snakes outsmarted the lesser ones. lol

Last I recall, Wilder said yes to the $15M offer to fight AJ and then Eddie balked.

    Wilder’s side offered $50M — Joshua’s self-stated price — and Edddie/AJ balked.

You can’t clean out a division without fighting the top guys in it. AJ hasn’t fought Wilder. He hasn’t fought Fury. He hasn’t fought Ortiz. He hasn’t cleaned out anything. Wilder has fought (and beaten) Ortiz and fought (to a draw) Fury.

Who's he trying to kid? We all know it'll be Kownacki after Ortiz. A lot of hot air and empty promises won't change that.
