    Finkel said:
"I have sent three separate emails to Barry saying that I have no desire to meet with Barry unless I have a real offer for Wilder to meet Joshua,"

    Interesting stuff

I thought they had a signed offer. If you want improved terms then why the hell not meet and discuss a deal, isn’t that how business is done?

Basically they are salty that their side isn't the A-Side and that they want it in Vegas and not Wembley in April. But they are forgetting one thing. Wilder is done in 2 or 3 years time, he will lose what makes him good, all he'll have left is his power. Those reactions will be gone. If they choose to stall like they did with Mayweather-Pacquiao, all that will happen is them missing out, Joshua can only get better. Wilder can only get worse. The longer they leave it, the worse it gets for their man.

Joshua doesn't need Wilder. Usyk can be a defining fight. Fury can be a defining fight. He's got all the money he needs. And that is what they seem to be ignoring, that Wilder isn't a big deal for Joshua, he has other options. Poor old Deonkey doesn't have any other options. If he wants big money, he fights Joshua. If not, he doesn't get big money.

The americans aren't in control for once, and they are getting so salty over it, it's hilarious. Joshua is the Mayweather of this negotiation. Wilder is well...not even a Pacquiao. He's just a nothing of this negotiation, a poor, weak B-Side.

He's asking for an offer, not a duck.

Timestamped. All you idiotic Joshua and Hearn bum boys have to do is click play. Why should Finkel meet with the man who above loudly states his view that the earliest time this fight should take place is Autumn 2019?

Of course they won't, they have multiple contracts sitting in their lap, they priced themselves out a long time ago. Team Wilder has done well to increase their potential purse, but is delusional when it comes to their worth $$$. The better offer is probably a guaranteed fight with Whyte after he gets Koed by Joshua. I doubt they are serious about selling Wilders belt. No, I'm not a Hearn/Joshua fanboy, don't give a rats ass about the whose who of promoters, but I doubt Wilder vs Fury even happens at all. These guys are meant to be fighting each other but all either of them can do is talk about Joshua, and Mayweather vs Pacqiuao 2 has stolen any thunder they thought they may have. How are they going to sell this fight? Fury pulls out, Wilder fights Stiverne 3, and whoever caves first fights Joshua next year.

Soon promoters will need their own agents, just to send and receive offers if this becomes a regular thing. :risas3:

And Finkels stupid games continue. Eddie Hearn has sent emails asking Finkel what wasnt liked about the current offer and Finkel hasnt replied to any of them. Now Eddie is sending his dad over to ask what the matter is and what Wilder is going to be demanding and Finkel has now turned his computer back on but only to send emails to say he has no desire to meet with Barry Hearn.

It sounds like Finkel wants Hearn writing draft contract after draft contract and having to keep going until they meet Finkels demands, Finkels secret demands that he wont share with the Hearns. Everybody in the business and everybody not in the business must know this is NOT how to do business. Its not how business has been done to make this Fury fight or any fight before it. Hes acting all wierd again.

By all means Wilder fans keep bleeting on about that dodgy 50 million offer but the truth is in plain sight. Finkel is hiding from negotiations.

Dont spin stamp it, watch the whole thing. Barry is not being tricky he says if it was up to him this fight would be in 2020 but also makes it very clear it is not up to him it is up to Anthony Joshua and Anthony Joshua wants it next so that is what his promoter will try to do, and from everything ive been hearing and reading from the Hearns that is EXACTLY what they are doing. Unlike Finkel who is in hiding again.

Without trying to take sides, can't they just have a meeting and try and negotiate a deal? I mean, I don't work in boxing, but isn't that just a standard thing to do in any business? If I was being cynical, I'd say that Fincel and Hearn are fully aware they will make the fight in the future, maybe even in the new year and they just to drum up as much attention as possible and all the back and forth posturing is just an attempt to grab more headlines.

If this were a real estate deal, there are laws against agents denying offers.

Don't see the point at the moment. Wilder has to beat Fury first, which won't be easy and even if Wilder wins he'll still need to defend against Breazeale. Joshua can use the time to have a rematch with Whyte and have his debut fight in America with Miller. I have a hard time seeing the Joshua-Wilder fight happening before 2020.
