He can't be as AJ is irrelevant in the US. A nobody so how could he bring in so many more fans.

How can such an unknown do over 1 mil buys.

Nope. Just look at the tweets espinosa put out and it's quite clear.

He managed to convince himself an email from Wilder was a contract lol

Exactly , so I’m wondering where these fans are coming from? The number would be similar to wilder fury - max 500k.

I'm sure you know WIlder-Fury/AJ does far more next than Wilder-Fury I did last year.

The point is you, me and Eddie Hearn are all amateurs when it comes to the business of US boxing PPVs. If Haymon and Finkel think they can do 1mn+ with AJ or Fury, they're really the only ones anyone should listen to in this scenario.

You few posters on here and Eddie Hearn are the only people who are still trying to say the $80mn AJ turned down was fake. It's silly really, but I'm not bothered if you want to continue. That's your right.

So just because Al Haymon and Dr Evil say it , it must be true. You’re as easily brainwashed as wilder.

Why does it strictly do better than Wilder - Fury? Fury done a great job of promoting the fight, he carried wilder through the promotion. AJ hasn’t got the charisma and selling skills that Fury does - all he’s got over Fury is he looks the part and has a more exciting boxing style.

I've said everything that needs to be said here lads. You've got all the facts and all the counterpoints to your rhetoric so if you're not listening at this point there's not much point in me banging on about it. You're already all repeating yourselves and one another. Plus you've been making the same arguments for almost a year now. It was bollocks when I first heard it all from Eddie Hearn on IFL last year and it's still bollocks as you post it all now. Hope you all come to a consensus that makes you feel happier. All best x

Do me one favour and tell me how AJ and Hearn get Wilder to accept a fight or if that isn't the case, what do you expect Wilders team to offer AJ NOW, to get the undisputed fight to happen in the US

It doesn't matter what YOU think its worth, its what they were offered.

Haymon and Finkel have been in trouble with other fighters not getting payed properly, Hearn has not.

A rematch on Showtime is plausible the problem with that is Wilder has to stop running from the guy that gets him that money for that to happen no matter where they decide it goes which again if deflecting the fact of GUARANTEED money Wilder CANNOT get anyway.

In the end it doesn't matter what Joshua makes ,without him Wilder generates 5 million dollar fights UNLESS Showtime wants to lose money ,money they cant afford to lose unlike global DAZN......., lol

This will explain ALL of Wilders ducking starting point to you...lol

It's clear that Shirley Winkel is just a professional bull-crapper. He's now come out and said that the money being offered to Wilder by DZN "was not real". That's probably what he's telling Wilder, so desperate is he to keep hold of him. If DZN money isn't real, there's no way Canelo, GGG, Jacobs and co would have signed deals.

I actually think Wilder wants to fight AJ. I don't think anyone who advises and manages him wants him to. Typical story of a US heavyweight being mismanaged by those he entrusted to look after his best interests.

So Finkel's a pro bullshitter. Nothing strange about that in boxing, but it's wrong to imply he's not done right by Wilder. Wilder is in an amazing position right now. I'm sure AJ would love to switch places after his 16,000 viewer night against povetkin and a fight with an even bigger nobody coming up. Wilder's next fight will have a huge audience whereas AJ will be lucky if 100,000 see it. Sad but true. Just imagine if AJ didn't have all those Canelo subs bolstering his chances!

Except forf thetsimple fact you seem to be forgetting, that American is not the only country in the world!? Joshua's fight against Miller will do more PPV sales in the UK than Wilder likely gets on non PPV Showtime! Wouldn't be surprised to see it do over 200k on dazn either!! 16,000 what time was that povetkin fight on in the US!?

It was his first ppv. Those numbers aren't bad for a first timer.

Other than ducking AJ, name one good reason why any sane person would turn down a 100 mill 3 fight deal.?
