Another and possibly the longest of all, but not the most recent

Kid Azteca 1929-1961 (or 33 years)

I actually thought this was a very difficult question, and that possibly no one would get it - so well done!

Yocupicio of course continued his streak into 2022 - making it 28 years in a row, just like Danny Williams, as you correctly point out.

Incidentally, If Yocupiciohe hadn't missed 1994, his total would now be 30 years in a row - enough to tie in 2nd place on this particular All-Time list with Luis Ramon Campas and Roy Jones Jr. As Jason Thomas mentioned, Kid Azteca had 33 consecutive years - a clear #1 on the list!

    Again, great job!

Ughh... B-Hop comes so damn close but skipped 1989 and 2015. Otherwise he fought every year from 1988 to 2016.

Hopkins actually makes the list with 25 calendar years in a row (1990-2014).

I thought Duran would be on this list, 1968-2001, but then I realized he didn't fight in 1985 or 1990.

Check out Kid Azteca's record of 33 consecutive years 1929 to 1961.

He's kind of like baseball's Minnie Minoso, but even more so.

Baby Vasquez from ‘49 to ‘74 for 26 consecutive years. I know it’s not a winner but it’s one for the list.

If Engin Solmaz fights during 2023 he will supersede Yocupicio as the latest fighter to have a pro bout in 25 consecutive calendar years.

Interresting... I will definitely keep an eye on him!

If he makes it, he'll be the 23rd boxer on my list - which so far looks like this:

    Kid Azteca, 33 years (1929 - 1961)
Luis Ramon Campas, 30 years (1987-2016)
    Roy Jones jr., 30 years (1989 - 2018)
    Archie Moore, 29 years (1935 - 1963)
    Cosme Riveria Yocupicio, 28 years (1995 - 2022)
    Danny Williams, 28 years (1995 - 2022)
    Jim Flynn, 27 years (1899 - 1925)
    Jack Britton, 27 years (1904 - 1930)
    Jerry Strickland, 27 years (1974 - 2000)
    Saoul Mamby, 26 years (1969 - 1994)
    Joe Brown, 26 years (1945 - 1970)
    Baby Vasquez, 26 years (1949 - 1974)
    Juan Polo Perez, 26 years (1982 - 2007)
    Lee Cargle, 26 years (1982 - 2007)
    Yoshinori Nishizawa, 26 years (1986 - 2011)
    Silvio Branco, 26 years (1988-2013)
    Sam Langford, 25 years (1902 - 1926)
    Mike Weaver, 25 years (1972 - 1996)
    Jorge Vaca, 25 years (1978 - 2002)
    Jose Luis Castillo, 25 years (1990 - 2014)
    Bernard Hopkins, 25 years (1990 - 2014)
    Manny Pacquiao, 25 years (1995 - 2019)

If I have missed someone, who should be on the list - I'd be interested to know!
