True , but the loss to Purrity nullifies the Byrd win thus giving Wilder the edge. Look at it this way - Wlad faced only 20% of the top 10 in his first 10 years as a pro. 10 years and he fought just two top tenners and they were both very average. Despite this he was STILL destroyed 3 times and didn't get on top of the division till it descended into nothingness in 2006. LOL.
schultz and byrd probably outweigh stiverne, but not by much. both have appalling records for titlists up to that point.
Joshua was moved unusually quick and fought much better comp than either. Wlad honestly had similar comp to Wilder through a certain point of his career, but moved quicker in terms of fights. I'd say Wilders resume is about what Wlad's was during his WBO years. Wlads wins over Byrd and even McCline were vastly better than any Wilder has had, but that is offset by Wlads two losses. Hopefully Wilder can get more ambitious like Wlad did.
