I was meant to have my first bout not this weekend just gone but the one before but unfortunately my opponent didnt show up. I am hoping to get my first bout in sometime very soon, i am just after advice from those who have had bouts on what your routine is through the morning/day of your fight. I found the night before i could hardly sleep due to nerves and excitement, i know that in a way this is a good thing but would love a decent sleep the night before my first advice, Any advice would be great Thanks
