    go for it mate be over before you know it. no need to worry about anything, its what youve trained for it will al come natural

    My advice is if this is your first fight forget tactics!! i know it sounds daft but as soon as that bell goes the adrenaline will kick in and what eva people have been telling you you need to do will go out the window. FITNESS and BASICS if you nail them then no matter the result you'll have a good fight and do yourself proud. if it's 3x2 rounds then train bag, skipping, sprints, shadow boxing as hard as you can for 2 mins and 3 rounds. make yourself ****ed to the point where at the end of every round you cant possibly do anymore. this will prepare you for a non stop battle. remember the first time you spared someone and how tired you were? well that is how its going to be the first time you fight. PREPARATION is key!!

    Good advice from kirky c.

    Watched your fight, well done mate. You looked more relaxed, landed the cleaner shots, showed good defense, wern't troubled by what he had to offer at all. All experience at this stage get as much as u can.
