im having my first fight on friday night im feeing pritty good and am looking forward to it only thing im a bit uncertian about is eating what shall i eat on the day and what shall i eat say 2hrs 1 hr before to give me maximum energy, iv read mixed reviews on energy drinks with caffine iv just brought SIS gel packs and was wondering if i should have them on the day just before or just one a day leading up to the fight ? any advice on eating drinking nerves how to cope anything will be much appritiated thanks
