Hey guys I have been training for about 10 months now and I have my first tournament coming up on January 9th... I'm starting to get nervous, which is exactly why I'm posting this haha. I'll have days where I have 100% confidence in my ability then the next I doubt myself! What should I be doing in these finals weeks to prepare? And how do I know if I am prepared haha??? Ugh hope my nerves don't get the better of me.
