First fight this sunday :S

    Got my 1st fight this sunday and relised i have no idea on what i need to bring with me :S I know i'll need my mouth piece and boxing shoe's and maybe wraps but are the gloves, headgear shorts and vest given to me or do i need to buy them indivudually??

    You need your shorts and vest, your coach should have a headguard and the event should supply the gloves.

    **** me you know a place i can get this stuff on VERY SHORT notice. Im working tomorrow and satuaday so will have to get them on them on sunday morning :S

    Your gym will have shorts and a vest. Just need boxing boots and wraps some people buy there own shorts but most dont

    For shorts and vest (atleast here in the U.S.) You can wear regular trunks with a white tank top
