Hey man, rough one. Happy to hear you stuck with it though after this. I just had my first fight a week ago (fight again in the championship tonight) so that feeling is fresh in my mind. What weight are you, and how long have you been fighting? The only thing I can that really stuck out to me is for you to be strong on the ground, if you know what I mean... like when the man comes charging in at you and you plan on brawling a little have your feet planted. Don't be backing up and brawling, that's what I think caused you get that first 8-count. Being off balance makes a hard shot that much harder. You did a good job of throwing back though, you didn't freeze up when the man was hitting you, you gave him some shots right back as well. Excited to see the next fight, make sure you post it!
