First fight you remember seeing?

JC Chavez vs Nacho Camacho, man that living room was packed.

had to be Rocky Balboa vs Apollo Creed ld

but my first memory of a live fight was Holmes-Norton in 1978 on tv (was 8 y/o)

two years later Duran-Leonard Brawl in Montreal is the first one that I most vividly remember especially being from Montreal...that fight was a real big thing back then...

I remember watching Pryor and Arguello. I doubt it was when it originally happened because I would have only been 2. I was still pretty damn small, but I'm sure it was on one of my dads tapes. he has a pretty good fight collection.

it was shown on bbc grandstand and was a huge event in british boxing at the time and is the fight that stands out in my head as my first memory of boxing and i remember sitting around the tv with my brothers and parents to watch that fight.

 

cant remember the first i saw on TV, but the first fight I went to watch was

Benn V eubank, 9th october 1993 at old Trafford, I keep all my ticket stubs,

and I did think Benn won couldent believe it was a draw .....

 

first i saw was HBO gatti-ward I. its what got me into boxing.

I used to watch fights when I was VERY young, but the first one in which I actually remember the names was Ray Macini and Linvingstone Bramble.

 

Danny Perez vs Nigel Benn '95, Benn KO - Very scant memory.
