Some Bones Adams fight on ESPN with my dad. Too young to remember much else. First I vividly remember was De La Hoya vs Vargas.

Man the age before PPV for every fight and pay channels had not taken over yet.....I remember Saturday and Sunday watching SportsWorld, Wide World of Sports and can't remember the other in fact that's how I saw the Hearns-Duran KO on SportsWorld I think on a Sunday afternoon but the first fight I sat down and watched was the Al-Frazier1 fight in 71 I watched it with my dad and his friends....the fight was one thing what I remembered more than that was the spectacle....the first fight I planned to watch was the SRL-Duran1 fight the issue I remember with planning to watch fights was finding the schedules in magazines or newspapers and if it was big enough it was advertised.

    if I remember correctly the
very first fight I ever saw as a
kid, was a family get together
    where we all watched Hector
    Camacho vs. Edwin Rosario
(on HBO if I remember correctly).
    May these two true Warriors
    Rest in Peace.

Like, of my own accord? Picked up the remote control and tuned into boxing myself? (as opposed to watching Tyson or Hagler with my dad while too little to really have a grasp on everything)

Probably something on HBO in my teens in the late 90's, think I caught a Barrera or Hamed or Tapia or Morales fight just flipping channels and from then on was hooked.
