    keep your eyes on your opponent at all times - it will enable you to make tactical decisions.

    head movement and always have hands up.

    crafty angular footwork

    for shorter guys, just crack them when they try to come in - especially if you're stronger; get him scared of you

    it's all about experience, dude.

    I see a lot of your threads and you're definitely focusing way too much on strength training. You are completely unprepared to get into a ring. Get a new coach and focus on nothing but boxing and boxing drills and boxing tactics. Also, you're not gonna KO every sparring partner or win all your amateur fights by RSC, just because you can bench press X amount of LBS, squat X amount of pounds, and drag a full-grown elephant with a sled.

    ive sparred but like ony ith my coach and i have sparred i like parking lots with just gloves on **** thts why i rote first REAL sparring.

    lol well i dont ply b-ball anymore and i was 180 last year. i just cut ALOT lol.
