What was the first thing your coach had you do when you walkedi n the gym? I had to skip for 15 minutes the first time I went in.
lol. after watchin the olympics i see why he said it. but the whole olympic program is assed out. although id like to compete in 2012, God willin, not sure if I could stomach the results.
skipped rope for 4 rounds then he had me do slip line for another 4 rounds with my right glove against my face and tied on. he would tie that damn rope on until i always kept the right glove "glued" to my cheek.
