This is perfectly normal, and you will go through alot more sessions like that with or with out experience sometimes you just have very off days and get whipped, on other days you cant be stopped, its part of the game the key is to keep going out so you develope your tools and so you get used to being in there.
Yeah, my left arm had no juice left so it was hard to be quick with it, especially by the second round. I was definitely careless with it in the first though. I wanted to do some feints, especially look like I was going to throw the right then snap a jab, but he was moving constantly and I wasn't confident in doing that. I'm gonna take your advice with the jab though, and move a bit more next time. I think I'll do a lot better now that I've learned from some mistakes. Thanks man.
your fine man in my club day put u sparring from day one.i was literaly in the door and in the ring.just remember bring ur hands back up after the jab.my problem at first was wen i threw a jab my right hand dropped kept eating counter left hooks.dont worry just keep going ull get better
