    I was impressed with Charlo's performance. Hard to believe they are in the same weight division, though. Charlo looks one, even two divisions above SD. He is a threat to anyone in the division. After seeing how GGG did against SD I think he ought to retire. The Young Lions are coming. The one weakness for Charlo is he tired late. If he is pressed more he may be caught late.

    Nery is a huge douche but this looks to be just a weight acclimation fight in a new division.

    Had the judges scored it 7-5 Jermallo I would've been OK with the result because it was very close and competitive and both put in a great effort, but Dev is such a gusty little battler and despite having to overcome the handicap of having such a tiny reach and being hurt, dropped or cut early he has a huge heart and set of plums on him and he really bites down on his shield and tries so hard and you've got to feel for him not being given the rub of the green by the judges at least once in his three biggest fights. He really bit down and tried so hard in those rounds he outworked Jermallo in and I think he deserved something for that.

    But yeah it was a damned good fight

    What do you mean unnecessay? They had to make it VERY clear you're getting 2PPV's for the price of one! With out that 45 minutes of **** you'd have never known this was a totally different show!

    Yep. If a fight is close they give the win to the hometown fighter. They also tend to give a decision to boxer who still has their zero over someone who doesn't (it's good for business to have undefeated fighters). They also tend to favor cash cows over non-cash cows (Canelo over GGG for example).
