    I had Fowler 1 point ahead going in to the last. Fitzgerald is one tough customer though - deserved the win

    Really thought Fowler would get a dodgy split decision there. After a great British fight, it's very satisfying to see the correct decision.

    I fancied Fowler to win but he lost by 2 or so rounds in my opinion. What a terrific fight, both lads were brilliant. Both should be congratulated and both can have a big future in the sport.

    Great fight that swung back and forth. Thought Fowler was going to force the stoppage in the last round after coming close in the 9th. But well done to Fitzgerald turning it round. He impressed me tonight. I'd like the rematch too.

    Wow...I had Fowler edging it but well done to Fitzgerald, how he survived that 9th round I will never know. I totally underrated Fitzgerald and more fool me. What a fantastic fight.

    Did anyone else think that Fitzgerald looked big? I kept hearing it as Fowler looked bigger but I didn't see, just taller.

    Great performance from Scot I think he won by 6 clear rounds he was making Fowler miss as he was loading up. But that 9th round! I thought he was gone and to come back with a knock down in the 10th! Gotta be up there as one of the best British fights in recent years

    Fowler is very stiff. Great fight I enjoyed it and Fitzgerald is a G.

    Fitzgerald took over from the 4th and never looked back. Showed some chin in the 9th, and closed like that. Think he should've taken him though, Fowler was gone. 96-93 Fitzgerald for me. Most satisfying fight in a long time
