Franks barrister may only become aware of this stipulation when he goes to cash his cheque after burns wins
So why is Franks opinion on contract law any more valid than Eddies? Luckily for Frank he has First4ULaywers on the case. No win...No fee.
Are you mental? Sky have 4 dedicated sports channels filled with all sorts of pish. It's not like they're the BBC or ITV that have a limited amount of time in which to show sports. If they wanted to they could quite easily show entire cards. In fact i'd much prefer they did. The reason they don't is seemingly down to finance. Imagine Sky F1 that didn't show qualifying but only the GP. That's kinda like what we're getting with Sky boxing coverage where only 2 or 3 fights on a 7 or 8 fight card are being shown.
You're a missing the point. Bunce wasn't having sly digs at Hearn because he works for Frank. Bunce's was pointing out that Hearn and Morrison don't have qualifications and expertise in law. Therefore Ricky Burns should seek independent legal advice.
Out of those 7 fights how many are competetive? A man would put on the Sky show at the start of the card and swith of after watching a couple of 4x3s with Latvian cab drivers and miss the good fights. Sky are planning to show the whole card on the red button for Bellew.
Lots of fighters have had success on the channel in different ways. It's very easy to ignore this and only focus on the fighters who have had issues.
Does it matter if the fight isn't competitive? Plenty of us sat through the last Matchroom card on Sky with zero competitive fights on it. What man are you talking about? Showing the whole card even on the red button is a massive step forward.
Was has Tony Bellew got to do with it? The case never even made it to court. All I have done is explain what Bunce meant by his remarks. Bunce offered Ricky some advice. If Ricky is in the wrong then an independent lawyer will save Ricky a lot of money. That is the point that Bunce is making. Rob, you really are hard work.
