David Tua and Mike Tyson technically had two of the best left hooks of the past 40 years.

They did'nt waste the punch, or throw it all the time. When they did throw it, it was delivered with technique and power.

Just look at this Left Hook.

    And then there's this...

Thats timing, thats accuracy, thats culture of Snap.

All David Tua needed was inches, inches..!!!

Yeh so shut the **** up.

Man. It seems like no matter what the question...if the answer "Tyson" or "Tua" is physically possible some joker will come along, give em, and ruin your thread.

When I arrived at this forum I wondered why all the best posters had migrated to distant history or flyweights. That is abundantly clear to me now.

I loved how Donald Curry would throw a left uppercut on the inside then turn it in to a hook.

You watch them Video's, and tell me that. David Tua & Mike Tyson, do not have technique, power, and accuracy and variety. What the **** is you're problem, i'm telling you that David Tua & Mike Tyson have great cultured left hooks. Mike Tyson used it as a counter punch, from all different types of angels, David Tua also did this aswell, and he only needed afew inches of space to morph his body into the left hook, and change people's worlds & Bend time itself.

I will post the videos again, and i will say this. You need to ****ing get a grip of yourself. The classic forum is almost as bad as the training forum, when it comes to ******s.

I will go on and on, and continue to add my bit to this thread.

You probably didn't read the thread. I made it clear that I wanted orthodox fighters and you pick Hagler.

I made it clear as I could that power wasn't a factor and you pick Tua and Tyson. The fighters I selected - and that everyone else managed to select - are fighters with fight-winning left-hands even if they had zero power. You've picked two fighters whose only genuinely outstanding attribute in their left hand is torque. "Your videos" don't give Tua and Tyson exceptionally cultured left hands any more than your mad ramblings do.

But you're entitled to your opinion, and you've given it now, so that's fine.

Captain Hook? No shout for Roy Jones Jr.? He throws accurate hooks and uppers from different angles and is also able to double, triple and quadrouple them in very rapid succession.

Nice shout on Holyfield, McGrain. What kind of idiot chooses Tua for this kind of thread, though?

If you can prove this time-bending shout, i'll admit him to the list.

Because the point of the thread is to weed out the most cultured, complete left hands, not the most powerful left hooks.
