Did any known boxers have the medical condition as in fallen arches?

All these guys liked to set up shop but when it was time to finish, they all tracked down their prey quickly. I'm remembering Julio going airborne to KD Mayweather in their first fight.

Ha! Yes, I loved that and the little spin after with ref holding his arm iirc.

Napoles had understated footwork but was lighter on his feet than Nijinsky, he's an odd choice to me.

To varying degrees ranging from flat footed but quick/efficient to outright plodder....

    Ike Williams
    Tiger
    Louis
    Arguello
    Marquez
    Valdez
    Toney
Zarate (though very good at cutting off the ring). Barrera and Ricardo Lopez the same.
    Galaxy
    Penalosa
    Langford
    Eubank
    Too Sharp
    Mayweather above 135
    McCallum
    Locche at 140
    Trinidad
Cervantes, though subtle and efficient when used to aid his height and reach.

Watching his first fight with Nigel Benn, flat footed is the last thing you’d call Eubank
