can someone help me please!!!!! i brought a floor to ceiling bag and dont know how to incorperate it into my training. i would appriciate it if someone could advise me on a good workout for my new toy. thanks in advance.
just punch it lol...like a punching bag...??? do rounds on it, do it for a few minutes...i don't think it really matters when u do it
i do it in rounds, circle around it and stay in pretty close to work on reflexes and slipping punches, the constant movement from hands, head & feet for a few rounds will really test your fitness
i love the floor to ceiling ball!!! In the beginning i used to count (1-4) to get in rhythm. It really helps you conditioning and upgrade you hand-eye coordination.
