   Got change to spar with my mate and dropped him with right hook to the ribs yesterday. Little bit trading in inside, blocked his left hook and delivered huge hook to the body.
   
   Definitely satisfying after all the bragging he did, when we were drinking together couple of months back in Abraham vs. Froch fight. :yep
