We all remember the hilarious "FLOORED" thread created by Lufcrazy and featuring the weird and wonderful mind of MichiganWarrior...

...and this pre-eminent genius of our time has just came out and with another little nugget I'd like to get peoples' thoughts on.

What does the term "inactive" mean to you?

So Mosley was NOT inactive between January 2009 (Margarito fight) and May 2010 (Mayweather fight), because he had been training in between these two fights.

So if a fighter trains but does not fight, he is not "inactive".

    TRUE or FALSE???

Umm Michael Jordan and Karl Malone are retired. Was Mosley retired?

The true comparison would be, is Kobe Bryant an active NBA player when he's in training camp before the season?

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    BWHAHAHA of course he is!

    Just 2 EZ!

Should we expect any better from a guy who has a thread going called:

"Fighter in Mid-30's coming off 2 year hiatus to fight a young Champion"

when the fighter in question will have had a 16-month hiatus by the time the fight happens???

    BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

16 MONTHS NO LONGER CONSIDERED TO BE 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2 YEARS = 24 MONTHS, OFFICIALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY TUNED FOR MORE URGENT ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a fighter fights hes active.

If a fighter trains to fight hes active in the sense of always ready to fight.

Imo no. training does not mean active professional rounds in the books.

Example of very active: chris arreola....manny pac....vic ortiz..
    Glenn johnson
Example of very inactive: floyd mayweather...andre berto...kermit cintron...alfredo angulo

Hahahahahaha the guy just makes up his own definitions to suit his agenda lmao

So by his own logic floyd isn't coming off a stretch of inactivity since he's been in the gym training right?

Before all the brits and *******s go ape**** making another thread devoted to me once again showcasing their stupidity.

Example comparing Mosley in training camp to RETIRED Karl Malone and Michael Jordan. Of which dumbass Popkins agreed with.

The statement was in comparison to Floyd who hasnt been in the gym training as per Roger Mayweather statements, to Mosley being in the gym, sparring, training and mentall preparing himself for a fight against Andre Berto.

In comparison to Mayweather, Mosley was not "inactive"

It's dumb. Like saying Joseph Agbeko hadn't been inactive before his fight with William Gonzalez, just because they had sceduled the fight, only for it to have it cancelled several times. He would still have been training for Gonzalez, amidst the cancellations. When it came to fight time, Agbeko showed serious ring rust, and looked below par, clearly a cause of his inactivity, despite his training for the fight throughout cancellations. His lack of a proper fight for over a year caused a lack of sharpness and quality in his performance, despite the fact he had trained throughout the year.

My father was a boxer in the 1970s and has never officially retired, and he went to the gym last week.

Conclusion: My father is still an active boxer.
